How to Install Windows 11 Without A Microsoft Account

So Microsoft in their great wisdom thought it would be a great idea to force people to use a Microsoft Account during install process.

This is very frustrating to a lot of people who just want to use a Local Account and NOT a Microsoft Account. Show how do we bypass Microsoft Account during installing Windows 11 Home and Windows 11 Pro.

Disconnect from the internet and start the install process, once you are at the login section of the setup press Shift + F10 to open the command prompt and

Type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO

The PC will restart and then you can continue to setup Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro with a Local Account.

Alternative way  Use a fake email address

Microsoft has banned email addresses that were used too often in the account creation process. This will allow you to skip the MS Account activation process and setup a local account.

Here is how this method works

1. Select Sign-In when asked to create or sign-in to a Microsoft account during setup.
2. Use the email address [email protected].
3. Type any password on the next screen.
4. Windows will display "Oops, something went wrong" on the next screen.
5. Clicking Next opens a screen that allows you to create a local account.
